ORGANIZATION
During the founding meeting of the Association
FBiG was
decided that the club organization, we conducted
intercommunicative as living executive and club members
for club meetings regularly locally tied too far away
from each other.
The club meetings are therefore at specified intervals
in a well-conducted specifically set up chat forum. Voting
may be by e-mail messages that are recorded in minutes
of a meeting by the Secretary. The
chat sessions will be copied and as the minutes signed
by the Secretary.
Some models of shared responsibility, be tried and
adapted to new developments. The
commitment of the parties is to be the process of
shifting as typical of many initiatives is
essential.Previously grassroots forms of participation
were in the foreground. Today, the commitment of the
staff members employed in the daily work and decision
making is paramount. Fewer
people are willing to commit themselves for a long time
to FBiG eV and
influence the overall fortunes of the club. Were
previously discussed in detail in big clubs still laps
at short intervals in the general shareholders'
meetings, are today more relevant questions of
fundamental importance on the agendas of regularly taken
in chat forums.
Forum and chat with members two levels of club
management have been appointed, have to control FBiG
eV importance,
but in very different forms. The
General Assembly is the body of all members of the
Friends of FBiG
eV and
all liabilities and supporting members.
According to the Association Statute of the "Friends
have all the full members present voting and speaking
rights. Supporting
members, however, have only an advisory role. The
quorum of the assembly is defined by the statutes to be
found in the annex. The
statute currently provides clarification of an annual
general meeting of all members prior to the agenda items
are to be defined. Board
elections and annual reports are part of the annual
general meeting held at the beginning of each year. Chat
meetings are held, if so requested by the Board or its
members.
These members meetings are responsible for basic
decisions. All
decisions require a formal legal basis, the analysis
supported solely by its Board of Directors, which
considers itself bound by the decisions of the members
of the General Assembly and decisions of the chat forums
and is not bound by decisions of the General Assembly.
Back to the Chat Board includes the four people who form
its Board of Directors and) three delegates (Auditor, as
well as participate with advisory votes, the ordinary
members of the respective meetings. The
Chat Forum should meet once a month together, but we
will learn from the future, these meetings efficiently
and determine. The forum is the exchange of information
between board members and is open to concerns of
internal groups from the Association
FBiG here are the basic choices for like the club,
such as the adoption of the economic plan for the
current year or personnel decisions. Since
this meeting offers little room for detailed discussion
of substantive issues, there are, if necessary work
meetings at which substantive perspectives can be
discussed and agreed.
Two other organizational forms of FBiG
eV, called:
Working groups and interest groups. These
are in the process of opinion formation in FBiG
eV her
place to see themselves not as a formal component of the
management and use in matters that affect them, take the
opportunity of the meeting in public gatherings and
meetings, or through employee influence.
Another level is affected on the events in the FBiG
eV, is
the level of professional staff. They
are each responsible for specific areas of the club and
then act on their own because of policies that the Board
worked together with them.
In the course of a "legislature" takes place to control
the FBiG
eV in
exchange process between the board members and employees
of the association. While
the design of this process, various committees and
working arrangements to be installed, which each own
priorities. At
the internal level of communication with the employees,
these are the Team Round, the management team, the field
of planning and team days, and supervision.
At the level of exchanges with the Board, these are
already designated workshops, and specific project
groups for individual subjects.
In the round of employees once the employees agree to
exchange a week from current events and important
information for the association: review of the case of
the last week, clarifying the organizational details,
preparation of new appointments and promotions are
regular on the agenda.
The management team also meets once a week and consists
of the coordinator and two elected representatives of
the Team Round. It
prepares the people round, carries important issues in
this area and exercise as part of the planning guidance
and coordination of function.
The biannual planning meetings for each area are made up
of the unit supervisors and the management team. This
is about content perspective, the planning of new
offerings and the continuation of the respective area
concept.
The Team day, includes the participation of all employees,
each has a central focus on the need for a fundamental
discussion of conceptual issues divisional or program
offerings here are possible topics. The
Team day takes place once a month.
Supervision using the team as a group supervision, in
which it is to improve the working atmosphere and the
handling of problems that all members of the team
approach and the usual non-team situation, a
professional view from outside is helpful.
