ORGANIZATION

During the founding meeting of the Association FBiG was decided that the club organization, we conducted intercommunicative as living executive and club members for club meetings regularly locally tied too far away from each other.

The management team also meets once a week and consists of the coordinator and two elected representatives of the Team Round. It prepares the people round, carries important issues in this area and exercise as part of the planning guidance and coordination of function.

The biannual planning meetings for each area are made up of the unit supervisors and the management team. This is about content perspective, the planning of new offerings and the continuation of the respective area concept.

The Team day, includes the participation of all employees, each has a central focus on the need for a fundamental discussion of conceptual issues divisional or program offerings here are possible topics. The Team day takes place once a month.
