STATUTE
§ 1 Name, location, fiscal year
The association bears the name of Friends of training in
the Gambia. The
club acquired legal personality through registration in
the Associations. After

§ 2 Purpose
The purpose of the association is the promotion of youth
services at home and abroad, the training of young
people abroad, the development and integration of

this reason, any profits only for the statutory purposes

§ 3 Non-profit
The association pursues exclusively and directly
non-profit and charitable purposes within the meaning of

members receive no compensation from funds of the
association. No
person may benefit from expenditures that are foreign to

§ 4 members
Membership is open to any natural or legal person, the

§ 5 Membership fees

§ 6 Bodies of the association
Bodies of the association are the Managing committee,
the administration and the General Assembly.
§ 7 Executive board shaft
The Managing committee consists of the 1st Chairman,
2nd Chairman,

Managing committee is elected by the General Assembly
for four years. The

§ 8 Responsibility of the Managing committee
The Managing committee is responsible for all affairs of

§ 9 meeting of the Managing committee

§ 11 General Assembly
The General Assembly is responsible for the following

Election and removal of the Managing committee

The Annual General Meeting is held every year at least
once, to start as of each calendar year. In
addition, the meeting must be convened if the interests
of the club requires it or when the meeting is requested
in writing by one fifth of the members stating the
purpose and reasons of the Managing committee. Each
meeting is from 1 Chairperson, convened in his absence
by the Deputy 2nd chairman at any time from four weeks
through personal invitation letter. The

§ 12 Resolution of the members
